Update 2/15/2021

In the past two weeks, I continued to contribute to my group project. I storyboarded a moment when Piper gets scared awake by water. I was really pleased with Piper's expression when they're scared.

On the week of the 8th, I suggested that Piper already be on the island, and would go out on their raft to find a village. While the idea of going to other villages didn't make it, the team liked the idea of Piper already being on the island. I also suggested that Piper would jump into the water in the climax to save their flute which falls off the raft. I also storyboarded this moment where Piper is piping at night, but then hears a sound and turns their head to see a glow in the ocean.

I also began to create a model of Piper's flute in Maya.

As the team came up with a scene where Piper is piping on the beach before the water touches their tail and scares them, I storyboarded this moment as well.

I am happy with my continued contribution to the project, and I'm looking forward to contribute more.
